Whereas His Excellency Sir Richard Graves MacDonnell, Kaight, and Com- panion of the Most Honorable Order of the Bath, Governor and Commander-in- Chief of this Colony and its Dependencies and Vice-Admiral of the same by Warrant under his Hand and Seal hath signified that pursuant to the above Ordinance, Requisition has been duly made to him for delivering up to Justice
